About Rocky
Roxanna (Rocky) Alexander is an award-winning artist and signature member of the Watercolor Society of North Carolina (WSNC) and Louisiana Watercolor Society (LWS). She has been a full-time artist and instructor since moving to NC in 1993. Her background includes working as a Licensed Landscape Architect (in California and Arizona), and painting in watercolors, oils with palette knife, and recently acrylic portraits.
