Call for Artists: The Matthews House "A Night Out" Show

All FALC Members  have been invited by The Matthews House to participate in an exciting new kind of show on the fourth Friday in April. Called "A Night Out",  it will include live music, food, signature cocktails and ART! 

Artists are invited to submit up to 7 pieces up to size 48x48 for this curated show. There is no minimum size. 5 - 7 artists will be invited display their art for this one night event and stay to mingle with the guests, taking their art home at the end of the evening. We have been told that art sells well at these events. 

This is an adult event, so tasteful nudes and other adult subject matter will be considered. 

There is no fee or Matthews House commission, but the 25% FALC commission applies.

Key dates:

March 2 - submission opens

April 2 - submission closes 11:55pm

April 14 - Artists will be notified

April 22: Drop off and Show Opening

1 - 3pm art drop off at The Matthews House, 317 W. Chatham

5 - 9pm - "A Night Out" event with artists in attendance. 

9 pm - Artists take home any work not sold.
