Artist's Bio
Artist Bio for Tiki McIntyre Tiki’s love for color, art, and painting began when as a child she rode her bike in California along Pacific Coast Highway 1 from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Not long afterward, she painted a very large format watercolor from a camping trip taken with her sister. Capturing a feeling, expressing it in bright colors, and using both realism and abstract expressionist techniques helped Tiki honor and preserve a moment in time. Incorporating her passion for inspiring those around, Tiki often paints affirmations under her art. Working as a Life & Health Coach she encourages those she works with to live life out loud with courage like she does. She renovated an amazing 145 y.o. home with her husband William while living in Uptown New Orleans, LA. Daughters, Ryan and Hattie love hanging out with Tiki in her studio painting and singing Broadway tunes! Energetic dog Layla often runs chasing her 4 cats through the studio and once her fluffy tail grabbed blue paint and it is still being found around the studio, yard, and house! It makes for fun times! Moving to Cary (2022) & Apex (2023) is providing Tiki & her family ample opportunities to explore new surroundings. Available for paintings by commission. REMEMBER to LOVE ALL first & then FOLLOW THRU!
